How to improve the technology of deep hole processing

Generally, the industry will use BTA, double tube drill, gun drill and other processes for deep hole drilling, and the processed deep hole drill has a higher surface cleanliness.

BTA is also called STS single tube system. Usually, the indenter unit seals and clamps the parts, and the coolant is supplied to the tool through the indenter unit. The coolant will be guided by special equipment for product processing. The coolant can not only lubricate the drill bit, but also provide an appropriate flow rate to remove chips.

Gun drills also need coolant, which will be transported through the pipes inside the drill bit and transferred to the center of the gun drill. Likewise, coolant can lubricate and help remove chips. Due to the use of V-shaped grooves, the cross section of the tube occupies 75 percent of its circumference, so the equipment can better process products.
